Today I received the pipes I ordered from you website and I couldn't believe that they had arrived so quickly! Since I had just discovered your website and this was my first order from you I was a little uncertain about what to expect in terms of both service and product. No longer. I want to say thank you for excellent and expedient service. The packages arrived safely and FAST. When I opened them I not only received my pipes (which were exactly as described and in VERY clean and "ready to smoke" condition), but 2 bundles of my favorite bristle pipe cleaners and a handy 3 piece pipe tool. Good solid value, clean and serviceable pipes priced reasonably, a free goodie as a first time client, expedient and carefully packed shipping.

My Wife ordered a Boswell fully bent twist in chestnut that I had been drooling over for a few days, she ordered it on Friday and I got it first thing this morning ( man that was fast) and when I opened the box it was like Christmas . I just wanted to thank you for shipping out my new Boswell pipe so quickly. I also wanted to thank you for the care and effort you took in the packaging of the pipe. So many other retailers have a tendency to simply wrap up their pipes in a bit of brown wrapping paper or even worse, they allow the pipe to rattle around in the box. You treated my new pipe with a tremendous amount of care and it is truly appreciated.
