Just wanted to thank you guys for the prompt service and all the extra goodies. My Wife ordered a Boswell fully bent twist in chestnut that I had been drooling over for a few days, she ordered it on Friday and I got it first thing this morning ( man that was fast) and when I opened the box it was like Christmas . I must say that this pipe is beautiful ,the way the stain and grain compliment each other is phenomenal! P.S. This is not the last order from me I will be checking your site often.

I just wanted to thank you for shipping out my new Boswell pipe so quickly. I also wanted to thank you for the care and effort you took in the packaging of the pipe. So many other retailers have a tendency to simply wrap up their pipes in a bit of brown wrapping paper or even worse, they allow the pipe to rattle around in the box. You treated my new pipe with a tremendous amount of care and it is truly appreciated.
