A very beautifully rusticated Tommaso Spanu Black Rock with Brandy-style bowl and crisply cut saddle stem measuring 6 1/4" long, 2 1/4" tall, and 1 3/4" wide with an inner bowl diameter of 7/8" and a bowl depth of @ 1 7/8", this thick-bowled brandy displays a polished briar band on the stem and a marbled acrylic band on the shank. Made exclusively of Sardinian briar noted for its cool and sweet smoking characteristics and its light weight, this is marked " Tom Spanu 2000" on the shank and has the Spanu briar & pewter logo on the stem. We always like to note that the bowl interior is uncoated. In our experience the lack of coating assures a smooth break-in and a superb smoking experience. The pipe comes new and mint in box Spanu pouch.

Tommaso Spanu Panel Rok Bent Billiard

One of Spanu's most exquisite pipes, these large Panel Roks are a superb combination of intricate rustication and high polishing over fine and dramatic grains. This bent billiard measures 6 1/4" long, 2 1/4" tall, and 1 3/4" wide with an inner bowl diameter of 7/8" and a bowl depth of @ 1 7/8". The grain is a very rich mixture of tight, even flame grain with fine bird's-eye, bowl bottom. This is pipe is accented with a polished briar band on the stem and an additional, luminous cobalt band on the shank.
